THE COUPLES EXPERIENCE
Serving Marriages is excited to partner with the
National Institute of Marriage
(NIM) and WinShape Retreat
to bring NIM's
Couples Experience to WinShape! This retreat's content is based on NIM's highly successful Intensive Program. Thousands of
couples have traveled from all over the nation to attend Intensives provided by the National Institute of Marriage. Now, a
NIM facilitator will be at WinShape to meet with a small group (no more than 20 couples) in a highly application driven
experience! Couples will walk through exercises that will reveal the hidden barriers that keep their marriage from thriving
and then to help them to take steps towards healing. Come learn, then apply, some of the life changing principles used in
NIMs highly successful Intensive Programs!
Registration is limited to only 20 couples, so we encourage you not to delay registering for this great opportunity! The
registration fee for the retreat is only $499 and includes lodging, meals, and programming.
To register, please call the National Institute of Marriage at their toll free number, (866) 875-2915.

The Marriage Turnaround with Mitch & Rhonda Temple
Whether you're about to be married, just married or have been married for years you can learn to empower your heart and mind
to transform your marriage. Serving Marriages is excited to bring
Mitch & Rhonda Temple and the Marriage Turnaround to
WinShape Retreat.
Mitch & Rhonda will show you how beliefs,
expectations, and attitudes affect your marriage.
A few of the things you will also discover are what real love is, what the most important quality in marriage today is, what
commitment really means, and how to identify false beliefs or myths that can negatively impact intimacy.
Mitch & Rhonda bring over 27 years of marriage experience and
over two decades of helping couples live the dream of having
the kind of marriage we all desire. Mitch is the author of several books on relationships and marriage including The
Marriage Turnaround. Mitch also serves as the Marriage Director of Focus On The Family's marriage ministry.
Also joining us as our Special Guest is singer and songwriter
Michael O'Brien. While an incredible musician, it is his
transparency and humility regarding his own marriage struggles that couples enjoy about him.

DR. EMERSON AND SARAH EGGERICHS
LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION TRAINING
An unprecedented opportunity!
Enhance your leadership skills from Dr. Emerson Eggerichs, himself, founder of Love and Respect Ministries! To meet the growing demand for Love and Respect training, Dr. Eggerichs is offering a new teaching directed toward lay leaders, small group leaders, and mentors! This training will equip you with the tools necessary to establish a small group or a Love and Respect marriage ministry in your church.
Utilizing a multi-day format, leaders will learn the most common challenges to marital quality. You will identify triggers that get couples onto the “Crazy Cycle” and then strategies to help them get off.
In addition, each couple will develop a personal action plan, a marital map, which is a strengths-based approach for improving their marriage. Participants will also become familiar with ways to help couples across the life span and who come from a variety of backgrounds. Upon completion of this training you will become a Certified Love and Respect Small Group Trainer.
Dr. Eggerichs’ work is based on Biblical principles and incorporates the best observations from the field of marital studies. Since 2004, the Love and Respect book has become a national best seller and Dr. Eggerichs has become a sought after speaker and authority in marital interactions.
Here's what others are saying: Pastor/Counselor Mark Oelze: “In my twenty five years of counseling, Love and Respect is
by far the best marital material I have found. It provides my clients with a framework to act positively and proactively in their marriage. I heartily recommend Love and Respect resources to all counselors and church leaders!”
